Whole Italian rice, sprouted with Dolomiti spring water and transformed into a delicious and well balanced vegetable drink. It represents almost the 80% of our vegan cheese ingredients. Laboratory analysis confirm the presence of precious and balanced nutrients contained in the germinated rice. Its composition, similar in ratio to human breast milk, makes it unique in the vegetable scenario. It contains a great range of essential and non-essential amminoacids.
This flour is obtained from the Carrube plant. It’s a natural product high in proteins, vitamins (A,D,B1,B2,B3) and oligominerals.
The flour is preservative free, additive free as well as sugar and gluten free. It is considered a natural remedy against diarrhea due to its property to absorb toxins which cause intestinal infections.
