LE PROPERTIES
Spreadable Blue is a plant-based alternative with a creamy and spreadable consistency, fresh, without any preservatives and colorings. At the base of the ingredients there is always the sprouted brown rice certified by the European Regulation for Organic Agriculture. The other ingredients are all natural and chosen with the utmost care and quality. No chemical or synthetic molecules are used for its preparation.
HOW TO USE
It is a genuine and very tasty food, ideal for original appetizers, to give the right creamyness to pasta dishes (delicious with radicchio and walnuts), to stuff savory pies and all snacks from sandwiches to tramezzini. We also recommend it to complete vegetable and cereal dishes by spreading it on toasted bread or on crackers.
Ingredients: Bio SuRice® * 46% preparation (water, sprouted brown rice * 20.8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cold-pressed coconut oil, lemon juice, natural flavoring, nori seaweed 0 , 07%, 0.05% ulva.
Thickeners: agar-agar, gum arabic, xanthan gum, carob seed flour.
